Before I start this weeks update I'd just like to wish everyone a Happy New Year.

I havent been up to much as the weather has been so bad, but I have been forcing myself out to practice and have had a few lessons with my coach, John. It's amazing that even when you feel like you are playing well the same old habits creep back in. I haven't been working on anything major, just the same recurring faults.

It has been lovely to be home despite the weather, to catch up with friends and family...its hard when you're traveling in Europe nevermind America. It is one of the hardest parts of spending so much time away from home and it really makes you appreciate the time you do get off. Saying all of that I am really looking forward to get back out playing, the last couple of years havent been great and hopefully this year coming will be back to how I was playing in 2005, heres hoping.
